How this site handles your information.

This page describes information collected through solarassure.net, including lead form details, basic website analytics, and map-related data used by the calculator.

Information you send us

When you submit a quote form, the site asks for contact details such as your name, email address, phone number, address, utility, and electric bill information. The form is sent by email to Solar Assure so Josh or Tori can follow up about a residential solar quote.

The form provider is FormSubmit. After the form is accepted, you are sent to the thank-you page on this site.

Analytics

This site uses Google Analytics to understand site traffic and which pages people use. It also uses Microsoft Clarity after a visitor interacts with the page or after a short delay. These tools may collect browser, device, interaction, and approximate location information under their own terms.

Maps and calculator tools

The solar cost calculator uses Google Maps services for address autocomplete, satellite imagery, map display, and solar roof information where available. Information entered into the calculator may be sent to Google services so those features can work.

How we use information

Solar Assure uses submitted contact information to respond to quote requests, model a solar project, answer questions, and coordinate next steps if you choose to keep going. Website analytics are used to improve the site and understand how people find and use it.
